Terms of Mahé Design
Scope of Application
For the business relations between Mahé and our customers, the following terms and conditions apply exclusively. Differing terms and conditions by the customer will only be accepted if they have been confirmed in writing by MAHÉ.
Conclusion of the contract
A contract between the customer and MAHÉ is concluded only through the acceptance of contract by MAHÉ. The customer order can be made by telephone, in writing or via the Internet. The order is accepted by an order confirmation by MAHÉ on the website or via email. MAHÉ reserves the right at any time to demand prepayment or even to stop outstanding deliveries when between the conclusion of the contract and the contractual service if there is default in payment of due invoices or reasons to doubt the creditworthiness of the customer arise.
Online shop
For any legal relations between the operator of the the online shop mahedesign.com and its customers the terms and conditions of MAHÉ exclusively apply in their current version at the time of ordering.
Formation of Contract
The presentation of the goods in the online shop is not a binding offer by the supplier to conclude a purchase contract. The customer is only invited to submit an offer for an order. By sending the order via the online shop, the customer submits a binding offer directed at the conclusion of a purchase agreement for the goods contained in the cart. By sending the order the customer accepts that these terms and conditions alone prevail for the legal relationship with the supplier.
The supplier shall acknowledge receipt of the customer's order by sending a confirmation email. This confirmation does not yet constitute the acceptance of the offer by the supplier. It serves only to inform the customer that the order has been received by the supplier. The declaration of acceptance of the offer is made by the delivery of goods or an explicit declaration of acceptance.
Payments
The customer can choose between prepayment or Paypal. For e-shop orders and other orders the same payment options are available.
Prices
Prices are published in the online shop in electronic form and can be seen on www.mahedesign.com. For different details (for example, due to promotions) prices in our online shop are binding.
Rates quoted in currencies other than in Swiss francs (eg in euro) are purely indicative. The exchange rate for converting Swiss Franc prices in other currency is fixed at the time of charging your credit card or bank transfer by the bank. MAHÉ provides invoices in Swiss francs only.
Prices and minimum order
All prices are gross prices in Swiss francs. The value-added tax is included and will be charged to the current percentage.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain property of Mahé Design until full payment has been made.
Shipment
Postage and packing cost for orders from Switzerland are CHF 2.50, all EU countries € 5.

Terms and Conditions of Mahé
§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between us and a consumer in their at the time the order was placed relevant version.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can neither be attributed mainly to commercial nor independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, Storage of contract
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop http://www.mahedesign.com
(2) In case of conclusion the contract, the contract comes into effect with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not conclude a legally binding contract offer on our behalf, but only a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the consumer makes a binding offer for him to sign the sales contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully running through the ordering procedure in our online shop
The ordering procedure involves the following steps:
1) Select the desired goods.
2) Confirm by clicking the button «add to cart».
3) Verification of the particulars in the cart.
4) Pressing the button «view cart».
5) Select the preferred method of payment and confirm by clicking the button «checkout».
6) Enter shipping adress and pressing the button «continue».
7) Confirmation of the Terms and Conditions.
8) The order becomes binding by clicking the button «Send».
Before posting a mandatory order of purchase the consumer is able to check the provided information and correct input errors by pressing the «Back» button, contained in the Internet browser used.
By closing the browser window the full order process is cancelled.
(5) Storage of contract information for orders via our online shop:

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, maturity
(1) The prices include VAT and other price components. Possible shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by PayPal or credit card (Visa).
§4 Delivery
(1) If not stated otherwise in the product description, all our products offered will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. In this case delivery is made within 9working days. The deadline for the delivery in case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order to the staff responsible for the transfer bank and all other forms of payment on the day begins to run after the contract. The delivery period starts on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline for delivery falls on a Saturday, Sunday or other public holiday at the place of delivery, it shall expire on the next business day.
(2) With this mail order purchase the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is transferred to the buyer with the dispatch of the delivery to him.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price is made.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed mostly neither commercial nor its independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is a fortnight from the date on which you, or a third party representative of yourself , other than the carrier, have taken possession of the delivery

by means of a clear statement (eg by post mail, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a method of delivery different to the Standard delivery offered by us), and refunded immediately, latest within fourteen days, from the date on which we have received the notification if your cancellation of this contract with us. For this redemption, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case you will be charged fees because of this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return or hand over the goods immediately or in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of a fortnight is expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
